Supporting Services Mentoring Program

The Supporting Services Mentoring Program is an important component of the Supporting Services Professional Growth System that will provide additional strategies to ensure the employment of highly qualified and diverse professional and support personnel, as envisioned in the Strategic Plan for Montgomery County Public Schools. The Supporting Services Mentoring Program will provide mentors to help employees excel in their roles, direct them to training and on-the-job work experiences, and prepare them for career development opportunities.
