This is Dr. Worthington's eighteenth year as Principal of Baker Middle School. She leads the school’s students, staff, parents and community with the philosophy of: "Every life is precious.” Dr. Worthington is also an adjunct professor for Hood College where she teaches post-graduate educational leadership coursework to students who are earning their Administrator Certification. Besides being a dedicated educator, Dr. Worthington is a devoted mother and grandmother. She and her family have traveled extensively within the United States and abroad to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, France, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Monaco, Portugal, South Korea and Spain.
