    About Our Third Grade Teachers 

    Ms. Toni Dell

    Greetings, I am Mrs. Dell, and I am currently in my eighth year at The Creek. My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I also had the privilege of playing field hockey. Building on this foundation, I pursued advanced studies at McDaniel College, where I successfully earned both my Masters degree and Certification in Elementary Education. On a personal note, I've cherished 24 wonderful years of marriage and am a proud parent to four children: Alexis, Isaiah, Caleb, and Gillian. Alexis has recently achieved her MBA, while Isaiah has secured a Bachelor's degree in finance. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me.     Ms. Meghan Kenst 

    Hello Bullfrogs! My name is Meghan Kenst. I am happy and honored to have been part of the GSCES family since the first year we opened. I have taught 2nd and 3rd grades here at GSCES. My family lives in Urbana. I have 2 high schoolers at home! My husband is a teacher as well! Outside of school, you would find me watching my kids' sporting events, walking my dog, spending time with family or friends and reading, I look forward to helping your child learn,grow and be the best they can be!

    Ms. Shelby Teets

    Hello Bullfrogs! I grew up in rural Virginia and graduated from JMU. I moved to the DC Metro area after undergrad to teach in DC and earn my Masters from JHU. This is my 2nd year living and teaching in Maryland. This will be my 6th year teaching elementary, and my 2nd year at the Creek teaching 3rd grade. In my spare time, I love to craft, go to the gym, and hang out with my beagle and bulldog. I can't wait for a great year!

    Hi Bullfrogs! I'm Lauren Loeb. I'm so excited to be returning to the Creek this year! Prior to joining the Creek, I taught 2nd and 3rd grade within MCPS and out of state. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and traveling. I look forward to helping your child learn and grow!
