Foundation for Hospitality and Restaurant Management

On December 8, 2020, students participating in the Thomas Edison High School of Technology’s (TEHST) Hospitality and Restaurant Management program participated in mock interview sessions. Mock interview sessions are highly structured Career Awareness activities in which students are paired one-on-one with highly valued FHRM business partners. Students are interviewed as if he/she were being interviewed by an employer for a paid internship or job. The interviews were conducted in person at TEHST or to the student's home via Zoom with appropriate permissions, protections, and guidelines in place.

Also in December, students visited the Hospitality Center at Montgomery College.
