Dear Kingsview Parents/Guardians,

The annual “Take Your Child to Work Day” is on Thursday, April 27, 2023.  If you would like your child to participate in this out-of-school activity, and you have made arrangements for your child to shadow you at work, please complete this form and return it to the Kingsview main office by Wednesday, April 26. Your child will NOT receive an excused absence unless this form is received in the main office by Wednesday, April 26.

You also have the option of e-mailing the signed permission form to Ms. Himilce Vanessa Arraez, attendance secretary, at Himilce_V_Arraez@mcpsmd.org by Wednesday, April 26.  Phone calls WILL NOT be accepted for an excused absence.
