Mrs. Shelby Hinman is the newest teacher to the fourth grade team. Welcome to NCC! This is her first year here at North Chevy Chase and her 9th year teaching. Mrs. Hinman began her teaching career when she received her Bachelor's Degree at Radford University with dual certification in Teaching and Leadership, and Special Education. Prior to NCC she taught Prek-5th grade. When she is not in the classroom, you can find her curled up with a good book, blazing a new trail, listening to music, or behind the lens of her camera.
