Organizer Information for Residential Program
Chaperone Information
- Process Chart (List of what you need to do as the School Organizer)
All Adult Chaperones
All potential chaperones (not MCPS high school students, see below) must do the following to volunteer in MCPS:
- Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check processes including a Child Protective Services Background Check (must be typed and notarized)
- Complete the Online Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect Training via their myMCPS Classroom/Canvas account
High School Assistants
- Permission Form (since they are students)
- Authorization to Administer Prescription Medication

All information will be provided to Organizers from the OEEP office.
