Women In Engineering

    A club where QO students can learn about and be inspired by female engineers and their careers, educational path, and other accomplishments.  Members work together to discuss issues in Engineering, help each other with course work for the PLTW courses at QO, and attend Q&A sessions with local engineers. This club/organization is inclusive of all students regardless of sex or gender identity. If you have questions please contact Mrs. Adams about joining the Women in Engineering club.

    Women in Technology (WIT) STEM Mentoring Program

    Technica, the University of Maryland's Annual All-Women Hackathon -  A hackathon is a creative and collaborative event where students gather to grow their coding skills, explore different aspects of the technological world, and collaboratively push the limits of technology as we know it today. Technica’s goal is to introduce and support young women in technology in order to tackle this problem of diversity in tech.
