Athletics: 
Thinking about trying out for a team this fall?? Boys & Girls Softball & Cross Country Tryouts will be held afterschool September 12-14 for all 7th & 8th graders. To tryout, students must meet the following criteria PRIOR TO TRYOUTS:
  • Be academically eligible from Quarter 4 of last year with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA with no more than one "E" on your report card
  • Have a current SR-8 Physicians Form English | Spanish form signed and dated by a physician within the last 2 years either turned in to the Health Room,  Ms. Brouillard, or uploaded through the MCPS ParentVue Portal beginning on MONDAY, AUGUST 14th and no later than September 11th.
  • Have a Parent Permission Slip turned in to Ms. Brouillard or done through the MCPS  ParentVue Portal

Intramural Announcements

Intramurals are an extension of our Physical Education program that allows students to be physically active after school through a variety of activities. Intramurals are a “drop-in” program with no tryouts, equipment, or physicals required - all that’s needed is an Intramural Permission slip signed once for the entire year. Activities are offered throughout the school year on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays from 3:00pm-4:20pm. Activity buses are available to take students home if a ride can't be provided at 4:20pm. Click here for Activity Bus Routes to determine which one best fits your bus stop. In order to participate, students must be academically eligible (minimum 2.0 GPA with no more than 1 "E" on their previous report card).

Tennis/Pickleball - Tuesdays & Wednesdays starting Wednesday, Sept. 27 - Nov. 8

Archery Intramurals - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays starting Tuesday, October 31 - November 16th (*check flyer to see specific dates for each grade level*)

Soccer Intramurals - Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays starting November 7 - November 16
