TPMS Magnet Program
September 16 2022 Update
Summer heat is fading but learning is still running hot at Takoma Park Middle School. Above are some snippets of what is happening in our magnet science classes. Click the image on the left to play a blooket from Mr. Goering's 7th grade class. Click the video to learn about ecosystems as Ms. Eplings 6th grade class is doing. In 8th Grade, Mr. Porch and his class are learning all about thermal energy.
Congressional App ChallengeDo you like to code? Create an app on any topic and platform they choose. Participation is extremely easy! Students do not need to submit a finished app to the challenge. Additional information about the competition can be found on our website. The deadline for students to register and submit their app online is 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. |
