Februray 19 2023 Update
Hello Magnet Families! It's Black History Month and the halls are coming alive with Black History. Students in many classes are studying important people, places, and events and creating door displays, videos, and fun quizzes to help others learn some of this forgotten or white-washed history. Check out some of the images above to see a few examples of these creative and engaging door displays. You can also see updates in upcoming tests and an opportunity for budding entrepreneurs in May.
Snacks Needed
The counseling office is seeking healthy snack donations for hungry students and students facing food insecurity. Here are a few examples of the healthy, individually-packed snacks they need: granola bars, Fruits on the Go (fruit cups), fruit snacks, crackers (Ritz is mighty popular), nuts in packages (also popular), fruit bars, trail mix, granola, and breakfast bars.
