Volunteer Information
MCPS requires that all volunteers view the below online training on recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect prior to volunteering in any MCPS school. Volunteers will not be able to assist in the classroom until the training is viewed. Confirmation of your completion of this course will be sent via email. Please bring in the completion certificate upon your arrival at Westover Elementary to volunteer. If you have any questions please contact the main office at 240-740-5740. Volunteers will also need to complete a Covid vaccination attestation and may need to complete a fingerprinting and background check.
