When MCPS employees and managers need additional help to resolve workplace disputes and build mutual respect and cooperation, the MCPS Dispute Resolution Program is available with a free, voluntary, and confidential mediation process. Mediation is available to all MCPS employees as part of the school system's commitment to support the development of a strong, effective workforce.
