Board of Education Tentatively Adopts Fiscal Year 2024 Operating Budget

The Board of Education (BOE) approved a $3.2 billion operating budget recommendation for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. The request includes a $296 million increase—10%—over the current budget and $272 million above the minimum amount required by the maintenance of effort law.
