Registration for New Students

This is the first step in the process of registering and enrolling your student into our school system. The purpose of this form is to gather basic contact information so we can provide you with the necessary information you will need to register your student(s) into MCPS during the COVID-19 crisis. Please be aware that the registration/enrollment process will take a little longer than normal as we navigate these unusual times.

This registration survey is for students who are being enrolled by a parent or a responsible adult with legal and/or physical custody. If you are not this student’s parent or responsible adult with legal and/or physical custody, please contact the Residency Specialist via email at Sandra_C_West@mcpsmd.org for further instructions on the enrollment process.

This registration survey is not for parents who have concerns with their child’s development, ages 3-5 years, but are seeking a free developmental screening. Please contact the Child Find office via email at ChildFind@mcpsmd.org.

This registration survey is not for parents of children between birth and thirty-four and one half months of age who have concerns about their child’s development. Please contact the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program may complete the online referral at https://referral.mditp.org/.
