Accelerated and Enriched Instruction → Middle School Programs
Students whose motivation, outstanding talent, performance, or potential for performing at high levels of accomplishment are identified at the local school level to receive accelerated and enriched instruction. Each school has instruction tailored for students identified as gifted and talented.

Two program models, offered at three sites. Students from across the county may apply to programs, by geographic cluster.
Develops students' abilities to use language and media effectively.
Features an interdisciplinary problem-solving approach to the disciplines of math, science, and computer science.
Support in the home school or at Roberto Clemente, Col. E. Brooke Lee, or North Bethesda Middle School.
Mentoring program for gifted/learning disabled students and highly able students who are not succeeding in the regular classroom.
